Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

We all know the term “practice makes perfect” well for some that may be true however I’ve been stepping with a new phrase for some time “ not perfection, but connection. Stepping out of the everyday mundane and into your body is a way I stay mindful and present..this in terms of has been helping me sustain within and without and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
