Which activities make you lose track of time?
I love anything that makes my body feel refreshed. Dancing takes the cake. I can dance till my legs give out..(lbs) been dancing all my life..dance teams, drill team, cheerleading etc… I love to close my eyes and let the beat take my body to a different place. As my body and soul began to sync and sway with the rhythm I shut off my mind and follow my bodies flow…feels like I’m dancing on clouds💕
