What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
- Acknowledge life first and foremost(breath work)
- Meditation in whatever form my body vibes with
- A nice coffee or balance breakfast(oatmeal and fruit)
- A moment of silence
- Silent prayer and talk with myself (encouraging words)
- Intentionality with my thoughts and moves
- Trying to stay actively present as much as possible
- Indulging with my children
- Choosing happiness because it is a choice not a job
- Making the best out of every situation by being deputy with my dreams and sticking with it (action based)
