What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

  1. Acknowledge life first and foremost(breath work)
  2. Meditation in whatever form my body vibes with
  3. A nice coffee or balance breakfast(oatmeal and fruit)
  4. A moment of silence
  5. Silent prayer and talk with myself (encouraging words)
  6. Intentionality with my thoughts and moves
  7. Trying to stay actively present as much as possible
  8. Indulging with my children
  9. Choosing happiness because it is a choice not a job
  10. Making the best out of every situation by being deputy with my dreams and sticking with it (action based)
