I have a couple pieces of advice that has assisted in my internal growth

“Nature takes its time but always get the job done” meaning it’s a journey, not a race(take your time)

The family you create is more important than the family you are born into…so true.. I am the matriarch of my family myself and my children(took a while to accept and innerstand this(lol) and last but not least

“Let that shit out” the best thing you can do for yourself is to release so you have room to reset🥰🥰😉
