How do you practice self-care?

Slowing down( literally) I make sure to take the time to enjoy EVERYTHING!! The heat of the sun on my skin, the food I place on my palette..My morning routine of taking care of my skin and the way I move throughout my day. this has really helped to regulate my nervous system and reset my responses in general to everything and everyone around me.

    We so often rush through our routines. Slowing down and becoming mindful of what you are doing, eating, seeing and hearing is an excellent practice.

      Yes it is Christine.. it can be a challenge to really lock in , but when we do we becoming UNSTOPPABLE
